please read the following terms carefully. By commissioning me you are bound and agree to this tos. There will be a form to sign at the very end. Failure to comply with this TOS will result in your commission being forfeited.

Basic understandings

★ I live in a pet friendly household, I do keep my work away from them but I mention it just incase of allergies
★ I only do business with people 16+. Anyone commissioning anything NSFW in nature will need to provide an ID
★ I do not work with deadlines at all unless you are paying for a rush fee. Rush fees cost $200 per person in front of you in my queue.
★ I have a job outside of making suits. Please understand you may go a few days without seeing any wips.
★ I only take payment through cashapp or venmo. paypal Is available to anyone outside of the USA or as a last resort
★ If you are paying with a plan understand I will not accept plans that take over 5 months to pay off. If it isn't paid on our agreed time and we cannot come to an agreement the commission will be canceled
★ If for whatever reason you can not continue paying on your plan understand that your money will not be refunded to you. I am not a bank and will not be responsible to hold onto your money for you.
★ At this time i will not be offering refunds of any kind, I am very confident in my work and can assure you will be happy with the product you receive
★ you are responsible for covering shipping costs
★ once the product leaves my hands please understand that I am not at fault nor responsible for mishandling of your package or potential loss. All customers are encouraged to purchase insurance on top of shipping fees through USPS, though this is not required. ★ I try to uphold the professional image with my suit work but I am still human, and mistakes will happen regardless. If something is clearly a mistake on my end first time repairs are always free as long as shipping is covered. However if you approved of something already told or shown to you and later have issues then this offer does not stand. You providing incorrect measurements or failing to point something out to me is not my fault as a maker.

My goal as a suit maker is to bring your characters to life and make YOU happy. I want to make sure you get the dream suit you deserve, however it is also important for me to watch my own back and protect myself as a maker. and this TOS allows me to do both of those things safely.
